The flow-coating tanks of the "Innovazione Inox" series for impregnating wood frames and products are new generation units based on suggestions provided by expert operators. These flow-coating tanks have been specially designed for overhead-manual handling plants. They contain innovative features such as:

  • -The possibility of impregnating frames in vertical position without having to turn them.

    -Thanks to its sloped rear wall and supporting rack;

    -The gun with nozzle and shower can also easily reach the counterview surface.

  • - Made entirely of stainless steel with rear supporting side panel, high side panels and tank with hood.

  • - Featuring castors for easier movement.

  • - The bottom features a further small tank with shutter and drain for complete emptying when washing and changing stain.

  • DOUBLE-DIAPHRAGM PNEUMATIC PUMP
    Double-diaphragm pneumatic pump with teflon balls and diaphragm, with air reducer and feed pressure gauge.

    Featuring submerged pipe with filter and bell, with anti-solvent supply pipe, gun, nozzle and shower.
    CE CERTIFIED
    the pump is fitted to the base of the flow-coating tank to form a single machine.
    N.B. The Flow-Coating tank is also available without pump.

    - Impregnating is possible with just a small amount of liquid.
